Why Talk To Me

I have built my career by helping people and organizations do more with less. For fifteen years, I've served in roles that focus on growth and people management. This mostly means implementing new ideas/verticals, developing partnerships, and motivating the team at large.

In every job I've ever had, I've always reported to the Founder or CEO. One of the perks (or burdens?) of building a career in startups.

As such, a large portion of my role always seemed to include a "business therapy" portion. My ability to objectively dissect issues, see the best in people, and focus on win-win outcomes fosters a trusting environment for the team at large to thrive and drive results.

I've found that when people feel aligned and comfortable to speak directly, businesses begin to flourish.

The top 5 areas that tend to be missing and cause a lack of productivity within organizations:

- Company goals (What are we working towards? Is everyone on board?)

- Feedback (Does the team know they are doing well? Do they know how to improve?)

- Interpersonal dynamics (Who likes who? How do we make sure everyone can work well together?)

- Accountability (Do people stick to their word? Can I count on myself/others to accomplish tasks?)

- Culture (Are people participating in building our culture? Are we actively creating a positive environment?)

These tend to be the focuses of my work. When leaders focus on engaging the team, setting clear directives, and getting buy-in, companies are able to accomplish more without spending additional resources.

AKA… hour-ish long video calls where I provide you with strategic direction, feedback, and tools to accomplish your goals and motivate your team.
