All my life I’ve been told that I have a unique way of connecting with people. Getting to know people comes very natural to me. I am curious about other people’s stories, desires, and habits. I enjoy learning what motivators exist and how to best support people in achieving their goals.

After getting to know people usually we both leave… Happy We Met.

Happy: (adjective) feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.

We: (pronoun) used by a speaker to refer to himself or herself and one or more other people considered together.

Met: (past participle, ‘meet’) come into the presence or company of (someone) by chance or arrangement.

Some Fun Facts:

• I’m proudly married to my wife Norma, my partner of 10 years. We combined our last names (Boster + Starr) to become the Bostarrs.

• I’ve worked directly with dozens CEOs and business owners as a trusted strategic advisor.

• I’m the Vice President of the Board of Trustees for UCLA UniCamp - the official charity of the students of UCLA.

• Spent several years working in cannabis, including Grassdoor - use code “Bostarr” for $40 off your first order! Also spent time as the Director of Strategy and Implementation at SPARC and Chief of Staff at Kin Slips.

• I served as the Vice President of the San Francisco Brownie Mary Democratic Club for two years and love local politics/advocacy.

• One of the coolest projects I’ve ever led was launching the first ever Meadowlands.

• Fat Sal’s Deli hired me as their first employee when they opened in 2010.

• In 2019 I ran my first and last marathon.
